Album: Photos:Birdhouses

These bluebird houses are the project Anne Hale chose since she won my donation to the 2013 Have a Heart Hop charity auction. She helped with construction, which was great fun for both of us. The wood is Norway maple, from a tree that grew in the front yard of my old house in Fairfax City. There is no finish, as that is best for the birds. The design is by Fawzi Emad. Details and plans can be found on his site.
